At The Black Wolf, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy to ensure a hassle-free experience.
1. Return Period
You may return items within 7 days from the date of receipt for a refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags attached.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
The item must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
The item must have all original packaging, labels, and tags attached.
The item must not be marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-returnable."
3. How to Initiate a Return
To return an item, please follow these steps:

Provide your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
We will send you instructions on how to return the item and a return shipping label if applicable.
4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely. We cannot guarantee a refund for items lost during return shipping.
5. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 2-3 business days. Please note that depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
6. Exchanges
